Hi B,
Grounding techniques work really well for spaced out feelings/ feeling drunk or high. You can look around the room and identify the colors of five things, then name 5 things you hear, then five things you feel physically (aka, I feel the shirt on my back, the floor beneath my feet, the keyboard beneath my fingers, etc). These techniques help ground us in reality when dealing with depersonalization.
Exercise also helps a lot, but to the degree of how much or how intense you exercise is entirely up to you. Some people prefer high intensity training, where as others prefer light walking.
Depersonalization is really not fun to deal with, and I am currently dealing with it as I am withdrawing off of my Zoloft. It's brutal. But one day at a time.
You may want to look up Shaun O'Connors "DP Manual." This has helped me tremendously, and there's an audiobook with it as well that I listen to when I'm feeling spaced out.

B.,
Keep working the suggested exercises here!

I know it is hard, and seems like things will never get better...but they will improve with continued effort.
Peace and progress!
