zoloft dreams..!??!

So i am on Zoloft 25 mg for 5 months now for my depersonlization. Every single night i have CRAZY vivid dreams with so much detail. I really dont like it but zoloft helps me so im dealing with it. Does this happen to anyone else? these dreams are crazy and have so much real life detail. its like a movie all night long

Hi

Yes it's a common side effect of antidepressants to cause nightmares I have the same problem if things don't improve it's worth mentioning to your doctor the next time you see them.

Aside from the dreams, do you feel that the Zoloft helps your depersonalization?

Yes i find the zoloft helps my DP sometimes. Not alot but it takes the edge off. This is why i want to stay on it but the dreams suck.
