Has anyone with depersonliziton ever been convinced that its being caused by something medical and not aniexty? I just have a hard time coping with the fact that aniexty could possible do this.
Ive had alot of medical tests done
blood work, ct scan, thyroid checked.

I know it's hard to believe...but it is a documented and common anxiety issue.

Did you order the book from the Resources...or find another one to read? This could help you a lot in understanding and accepting this challenge.

finding a therapist or shrink who specialises in this field will be beneficial. good stuff with the book sc. keep strong.
