Has anyone had any sharp muscle pains or muscle spazzing
I feel like I'm experiencing something different I don't know if it's cause I worry more and that's why everything feels like it's getting worse.
I'm 23 so being this young and experiencing something like this is botheringsome
I just need some comfort

I think 100% of us have.
Anxiety is very hard on the body. When you're starting to feel anxiety and/or panic, what do you usually do?
The whole body tenses up. The muscles tense, all the blood goes to the trunk of the body, leaving the peripheral limbs. The limbs get cold. Now add anxiety DISORDER into the mix. Now your body is tense for more than half the day.
What happens when the body tenses up so much? Muscles will wind up and stay that way. The more they are knotted up, the harder of a time it is to relieve the pain. The worse they are, the longer it will also take to work them out through massage.
When I was in my earlier 20s, I too had extreme muscle pain, spasms and back pain. I originally went to a chiropractor to find that my back was really only slightly out of alignment. My true problem was my muscles. I was so tense and wound up that my whole musculature system was in disarray. I started doing massages every other week for many years. It took about
2 years to get me to a point where I was not feeling any pain anymore.
If you don't get massages, I recommend them. They help out a lot. You also may need to look at your physical activity. I've always been one that has hated exercise, but have recently come to realize that I really do need it. My muscles got so bad recently that I couldn't look up. I started exercising last week again and all of my muscles actually feel pretty darn good now!

Hi
Anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms including the ones you mentioned.
Getting a massage is a good idea I also like to have a hot bath which I find helps and I also use Mindfulness Meditation we have some good links in our resources so take a look.
Keep us posted.

Great advice above!^^^
So, I'll just add this link from our Resources that might help you. Take a look at the Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercises particularly.
