Do we have lymph node at our back ?

Hello guys, I just notice that i have a small lump at my back and it attached with my back rib bone. So do we have any lymph node at our back ? The lump is feel like a bone but i can feel it very clearly. I checked the opposite site and there are nothing. Thanks for any reply

Yes, as AS mentioned, we have hundreds of lymph nodes throughout our bodies.

Often a local injury/infection will cause the gland to swell, as it is doing it's job of fighting off whatever is threatening the system.

If you are worried about it enough, you can see your doctor...but likely you'll be told to just watch and wait, as these things usually disappear on their own within a few weeks.

The other possibility is that you could have a benign subdermal cycst. Again, these sometimes go away on their own, or can be removed by a dermatologist with an in office procedure.
