You mention seeing your therapist...have you worked specifically on CBT for Health Anxiety? How about
self help...are you able to practice daily? We have some great material in our Resources. I would recommend the Therapy Worksheets and the Positive Affirmations/Mantras links because they will combat/contradict what your anxiety is trying to tell you about
your physical symptoms.
Have you considered trying an Rx for relief? Have any of your doctors recommended a Beta Blocker or anti-anxiety/AD for managing this? This could be just what you need to have victory over this long time fear.
