Sorry I know this is another post on the same topic, but please help me through waht I might have.
I have this abdominal pain (like something poking me) when I sit down, cough or stand up. When I am at rest I do not feel it. BUt when I stand I feel this balloon (I don't know how to explain it, all around my abdomen, hips and back.)...Its bothering me alot, the area is also tender. Has anyone had this before? My bowels are also, loose and they float (I think that means something bad going on).... I don't know please help me I am scared to death.

I'm not a doctor but only speak from my own experience, could be bloating or IBS? Stress and anxiety definitely plays on my digestive system. Also, could be you are tensing your muscles and making them tired and thus the feeling that you are feeling when you engage them? For me it happens with my shoulders and neck, I don't realize I am tensing them until I try to use them in some way and am like "whoa, why am I so stiff all of a sudden?"

Link to original post. It is better to keep same topic posts/responses to one single thread. (for your convience and due to forum rules/saving space.)
