I have had health anxiety on and off most of my life so my anxiety is always exacerbated by some physical complaints, whether it be stomach, breathing, backache, numbness, weakness, you name it. I think what you're going through is very normal considering the stress you're und. as the doctor told me once "your brain speaks to your gut and vice versa" so in times of stress are stomach and the rest of our body respond to it we tend to focus on the physical in order to escape thinking about the stress we are under but it never really works. I would say keep busy but it sounds like you're very busy anyway. But keep fighting through it and it will eventually pass remember, we are always here to give you help and support because we all understand what you're going through.
