yes I am taking an ssri celexa and its working great. no I didn't send you a sleep site. 5 or 6 hrs sleep is great. I exixted for 6 months or so on only 3 or 4 .

WOULD ANYONE GIVE ME SOME OPINION PLEASE ?
I have been on 1.5 mg Valium for the last two weeks (been on tapering schedule every two weeks reducing .5 mg) planing to go down to 1 mg tomorrow and after two weeks will go to .5 mg .
My question is once I get to .5 how long do I stay on it before completely stop .I was thinking 9 days and then stop .like to get off it desperately. I do have symptoms of withdrawl but I am dealing with it .and do not want to do liquid titration since I have no one to do it for me and seems confusing to me . Thanks
I am doing on my own without a doctor assistance since they usually have you taper too quick.

Bear,

Since you have been on a low/moderate dose for a short amount of time...you will probably do fine with your last step down from .5 after a week/week and a half.

If however, you feel like this is too abrupt, you could do .5 daily for a week, then the .5 every other day for another week, or as long as you feel you need to extend your wean for the most comfortable discontinuation.
