Post Valium withdrawals

Hello again , just wanted to say that it had been 31 days since I stopped Valium completely With occasional antihistamine for sleep in 3 different night , try not to make a habit of antihistamine either. My question is I get really bad days and do get better days like 2 or 3 days in a row , is this how post Valium withdrawals are or are my other symptoms returning. I do feel a little better in general but not sure .Also wondering if these symptoms ever go away. Thanks bear12

I started with Xanax .5 for one month then went up to one mg for one month then went up to 1.5 mg divided in 3 dosage for 2 weeks then switched to 10 mg Valium and after a week started tapering 1mg a week and continued dropping for four months til I got to .5 and stopped after a week
Total of 8 months including tapering
