This past weekend, we spent a lot of time working in the yard and around the house getting things wrapped up for fall/winter. Monday I had a bit of anxiety going on anticipating my boss coming in to the office (he's based in another city) on Tuesday. Yesterday rolled around and I woke up feeling fine and was super busy and made it through the day fine. Then an hour or so before I left, my stomach starting churning, I got a bit light headed (it was a tense busy day) and my mouth, jaw and ear were hurting from the teeth grinding and clenching. I got home last night and wasn't feel good, but not bad either. This morning, I woke up and immediately started "scanning" my body and how I felt and remembered the night before. Almost immediately, the mouth pain and skipped beats started again. Face keeps feeling itchy too. All day today at work I've been tuned in to this feeling while trying to ignore it and keep going at the same time. My boyfriend and I are coming up on our first anniversary and want to plan something special. I'm scared to death I won't be around
