Too many CT scan. I am so scared and anxious. Please help.....

the only help I can offer is suggestions that I've seen work for me and my family.

breathing exercises. just be carefull not to overdo it. my mom finds this very helpful. along with this type of pressure message that i will have to ask her what it's official name is called.

I try to focus my emotions into creating art. no level of art experience is required. doesn't matter if it's a coloring book or freehand drawing. craft kits (though expensive and possibly not worth the money, please shop responsibly) are usually cool things to get for short creative breaks.

binge watching shows or youtubers. finding hobby youtubers has worked as a way to drown out the outside world for a few. plus it has the added bonus of maybe being inspired. some creative hobbys like woodworking, doll repaints, scarf felting, plarn (plastic yarn) knitting, re purpose thrifted clothes.

I am sorry to hear of your recent fear regarding your CT scans. It is terrible to need a medical test...and then fear the worst. You have been through a lot physically and mentally, and I feel for you!

TBH I don't know a lot about accumulative effects from scans. I would guess that your worry is the anxiety causing you to catastrophize and fear an outcome that is not reflective of the reality...

...but I think that if you heard this from a medical professional, it would help to put your mind at ease. Therefore, is there a doctor that you can trust to help you?
