hello
was having anxiety attacks over the voting process. I don't like leaving my house and interacting with people. this was at best the 15th time I've been outside this year.
since I was walking to the voting place, I kept up the breathing excercise and tried jogging. the jogging seemed to help lesson the pain in my chest caused by the anxiety attack.
once I got the "i voted" sticker, it all seemed to calm down. I still tried jogging to get get home but I was feeling better.
until the next day when I found that unexpected excercise is not good for you, because ouch. my shins were hurting something fierce. internet research and my mom says it's shin splints.
so it's been a week of shin splints and anxiety attacks over my unexpected home move that have me feeling sick. the shin splints I could deal with, with ice and rest (since I don't leave my house every week, I get plenty of down time for rest). the other stuff about my home has been nightmare.
we have gotten word that we now have a place but I still feel this weight. like, I thought once I heard the news that I would be lighter or feel better.
