HI.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips about what could be going on. For the last 4 weeks Ive been having a very hard time sleeping. I feel very stressed out. I wake up frequently....my whole sleep cycle feels thrown off. I probably need to fix my sleeing schedule, but in the meantime...what can I do? Ive tried baths....reading....sleeping aids...i do feel tired but right before I fall asleep i jolt up amd then i feel to anxious to sleep. In any case I dont want to keep stressing my body out by not sleeping...I do workout etc too...any suggestions, medications I would be helpful...
