I am sorry to hear about your neck pain. I know how this feels, and it is not pleasant!
Are you currently working self help skills to help manage your anxiety? If so, and it is not helping, I would suggest looking to your doctor to further your recovery plan.
If so, are you specifically doing Progressive Muscle Relaxation and light exercise/stretching for relief? These will both undoubtedly help.
Another thing you may want to invest in is a good neck alignment pillow such as memory foam makes. I have had great results with mine!
