Dizziness is a common symptom of anxiety. Of course, it is also just a thing that everyone experiences from time to time...whether due BP fluctuations, neck tension, congestion/inner ear changes...or blood sugar and/or hydration levels....there are many benign causes for having a brief dizzy spell. Of course, those of us with anxiety tend to focus in on any strange sensation and start to worry about it, and that only leads to our anxiety increasing, and likely more symptoms...a frustrating cycle!
Most likely this will just be a passing issue, but if you continue to have this symptom...the use of breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercises should help.
