First, from my personal experience, I have found that it has been a really big help to me knowing that I am not alone in feeling this way. And you should know that what you feel is common. I struggle every day with getting out of bed. I struggle every day with how productive I am at work (I should be working right now - but here I am!). And every day I go to bed hoping I will have more strength tomorrow.
For me, I have found that medication has helped. And therapy and talking to people and hearing about the experiences of other people has helped (even if it is on a forum). I have also found that setting up small goals, and meeting them helps. Every day you get out of bed is a win. Every day you get something done at work is a win. Posting on this forum, frankly, is also a win. It took me a long time to build up the nerve to do it.
Take your wins. Know that others are fighting the same fight you are fighting. And get help - it helps.
