Hi everybody,

My week was good but could definitely use some sunshine. It has been cloudy for a long time and it is damp, but not real cold.

Not a lot going on but the week was good just the same. Wish I had some exciting news but I don't.

It’s been a rough week for me. I’ve been having terrible GERD and just haven’t felt great. I know I’m overthinking the way I’m feeling and attributing it to more than just anxiety. It feels like I have palpitations when I move a certain way or bend down a certain way. I know it sounds weird. Anyone else ever had this? Little history, I’ve had numerous EKGs, wore a halter monitor (showed nothing but tachycardia) dr says heart is fine, no issues. I can’t get out of my head that it’s my heart and not just the anxiety. 🤦🏼‍♀️
