I have anxiety too. I take medication and go to therapy for it. I also do meditation, deep breathing exercises and practice mindfulness to help myself.
At the top of the anxiety page there is a thread called "resources". Click on that and read. There is a wealth of information there.
I hope you feel better soon. Anxiety is no fun. It can be crippling.
