Guys im in the middle of a panic attack for the past 3 days its felt as if I cant get enough air in? I find myself constantly trying to take a deep breath. I dont want to take my xanax because I know this isnt going away tomorrow and I dont want to use it as a cruch but im feeling so bad

Honestly, I think that is what the Xanax is for and you should use it if you need it.

Why suffer?

Giving yourself a break with the Xanax will help break the panic cycle. We are all in this together *hugs*

Please use it if you need it. I would rather not have taken benzos at all but at my worst panic attack cycle they enabled me to function.
