Having a hard time

Hi all.
Ugh, I’ve been struggling. I feel like I’ve had a cold or allergies for a week or so now. Runny nose some, sneezing, and coughing. Of course the coughing is what I’m worried about 🤦🏼‍♀️ It sounds kind of raspy and I’m just worried it’s something worse. Since I recovered from phnemonia in December I’m paranoid anytime I get sick it’s going to be really bad. I had a pulmonary function test 3 weeks ago and it was totally normal. I’m scheduled for a methocoline challenge to test for asthma but it was cancelled due to the corona virus. I’m just worrying myself crazy thinking the cough is more than just a cold or allergies it’s phnemonia again or this new virus even though I have no fever or other signs of this virus! I’m 32 and otherwise healthy 🤷🏼‍♀️When I had phnemonia they did multiple xrays of my lungs and looked fine the only reason I was diagnosed was they noticed a small area in my left lung so now anytime I’ve been coughing I notice my left lung feels sore then it goes away when I don’t think about it. I’m trying to tell myself it’s okay and just a regular virus or cold but I’m driving myself crazy here. 😫

You are probably right. I have allergies right now too. But I still worry. I don't have an inhaler but I take singulair. It helps.

I wouldn't risk getting around people at this time either. I wish you the best.
