Weekly check in

I was relatively calm and very little amount of depressive mood. I am trying to do my worksheets everyday and still reading Feeling Good.

So I am hoping to get better at catching the unwanted thoughts and feelings. So that I can counter attack.
I need to go out more.

Our governor lifted stay at home orders with some restrictions today. So I will have no excuse not to go anywhere. lol..

Hibee, I see there has been changes there in your lock down. Makes things seem nicer.

I'm doing well. Our state has been easing restrictions, but we are not changing our approach to the new coronavirus since we are over 60. When the vaccine is available things will change.
