Weekly check in

Hi Hibee!

This week has been rough, anxiety, heat and allergic bronchitis. I am cool again, anxiety is gone for the most part and bronchitis is on the mend nicely. The only new thing right now is the fact that my food got stuck in my esophagus just a little bit ago. That for me is normal. I have been playing my Nintendo 3ds a lot lately, but my hands get so sore that I have to stop so often. I can not wait til Aug 13th to see a neuro doctor. Well off for a nap, went out and over did it a bit. Hope all is well

My week has been good

Today I played golf and went running. I am very tired physically. I’ll sleep good tonight haha

All meds from my allergic bronchitis are gone and now it is steroid withdrawal time. So not in a good space right now. Anxiety of course is up cause I am withdrawing, but it's okay I am now mending very well. Doing good otherwise.
