TMO, my husband has a history of DVT's in his leg. He had a lot of pain & swelling. If nothing else call & talk to the nurse at your drs office.
I get terrible cramps in my legs & feet if I am not hydrated enough too. I use to not drink much water, now, that's all I drink & plenty of it. HT is right about magnesium. My SIL works in the heat & his dr has him take magnesium once a day plus he stays hydrated.
Well my doctor’s office is closed today but so far today I have no pain or warm sensation either. No swelling either. I have walked around without any pain so far today. I have annual physical exam in less than two weeks so I will monitor my symptoms and ask if they think I should go in sooner.
I will make sure to drink plenty of water. I think what I had was a bad cramp and some soreness from it.
