There are two situations, in my view.
There's the anxiety, which you're solving by taking the medicine. And that's great. That's terrific. Let us know how that's working.
The 2nd part of the problem, it was with me, can be that perhaps we are unconsciously negative when it comes to solving problems by being told as children that we couldn't solve problems and/or were worthless. Or by our parents solving all of our problems for us and we never had any practice.
Then we grow up and are smarter, but our unconscious may be still set on negative from childhood misinformation.
So, the column on solving problems said that's best done by thinking positive going into a problem that we can solve it.
By thinking positive before we go into a problem (I say, "Think positive, think positive, think positive') we activate our unconscious to solve the problem.
If the unconscious is set on negative, we can't see it so we don't know, it will follow our orders and trip us up.
You don't have to change your personality, just think positive for 5 or 10 seconds before going into the average problem. Then we can go back to being ourselves.
Or, one problem at a time, and be positive about
that problem.
If this works for you, you might want to talk to your niece about
that. Just as I'm trying to hand it down to you.
Each one, teach one.
