Success stories on Celexa

a huge win for me . i could not handle lexapro as it was too strong so i tried celexa at 10 mg and it worked but took 6 weeks to feel it . its gentle and is recommended for those who have trouble with stronger ssri,s i just increased to 20 mg after 3 yrs on 10 mg. the 10 mg dose controled my anxiety well but i had a meltdown over the election so went to 20 recently. sometimes baby steps are necessary.

Practice sleep hygiene.
Lights and tech off 1hr before bed, kill the caffeine.
same time to bed, keeps up the circadium rythem.
I use incense for calming,
some meditation will help as well.
Calm the mind, lessen the adrenaline. HT
