Sure. So I’m always worried about
my heart because of the pain I get. I even get arm pin but I also have carpel tunnel and I think tennis elbow. I sleep on my side so my arms hurts when I wake up I think. I don’t know why I don’t believe my dr and the test. I guess cause I hear horror stories. Everyday is a struggle for me I have increased my meds from 10-20mg so waiting for it to kick in which should be soon

So, you have arm and wrist pain, and "So I’m always worried about
my heart because of the pain I get." I sleep on my side so my arms hurts when I wake up I think. I don’t know why I don’t believe my dr and the test. I guess cause I hear horror stories. Everyday is a struggle for me I have increased my meds from 10-20mg so waiting for it to kick in which should be soon."
I think the increased meds should help. Do you have a psychiatrist?
Can you be positive about
the things that you do have? Are you a positive person?

This forum has resources which stress being positive when trying to solve problems.
I believe that, also, and came across data on the importance of being positive when trying to solve a problem. Can you believe going into a problem that you can solve it, which
opens up your mind to looking for ways to do that, rather than believing that you can't solve a problem, which closes down your mind from looking for ways to succeed, but looks for ways to fail?

Hi Bam. I know your post is from a year ago but I have been away for some time we used to have so much fun in chat wat back in 2006/2007. I had a heart attach few years back. I had a real bad upper left arm ache that lasted for the day and evening. I went to bed arm still aching so got up to take some Tylenol. As I was standing looking out the window I got a pain in the centre of my chest. The pain in my arm suddenly went away. The pain was certainly there but not oh my God that hurts. Then I got pressure in my chest. Like a heavy weight resting on my chest. I knew what was going on. Took 4 aspirin and called 911. The rest as they say is history!! Cheers. Hope to hear from you!

Hello!! Welcome to my life! I felt as if I was reading a post about
myself!
I’ve been convinced something has been wrong with my heart since the age of 14. I’m now 28. So basically half on my life. Things got so bad last year I went to a cardiologist and basically broke down to the dr. Told him EVERYTHING that I was going through and asked him the please help me. For a peace of mind. He was a very nice and understanding dr. I had an ultrasound of my heart, an ekg, and wore a 24 hour holter monitor. After three excruciating weeks of waiting , my results came back and I found myself panicking in the waiting room. I knew something was wrong. But guess what ? Everything came back 100% normal. It was the greatest relief. But only assured me for two days. I religiously take my blood pressure, go to the emergency room for panic attacks thinking I’m dying. I’m here now because my heart is pounding. 120 beats per minute. I’m afraid. But I just have to remember that I’m ok. That’s all I can do. I’m terrified at the moment but calling an ambulance on myself again or rushing to the hospital again only helps for a short period of time. We are seeking reassurance and when we gain it it’s only temporary relief. I know the feeling all too well. I’m just laying in bed and my heart is pounding. I’m practicing deep breathing and positive self talk.

You mention on 12-2-2019:
"I am in stressful situation my anxiety is through the roof. sad. Had this pain for 2 weeks now."
And in your latest post, you again mention concern about
your heart.
I don't see in any of these discussion about
whether you've been to a psychiatrist about
anxiety.
Have you ever tried that?
