Something to consider. You feel fine when talking with friends - that's because you are then in the MIDST of what is TRULY happening, it is true reality. Then when you are on your own, you let the "unreal" thoughts come to your mind. Don't trust those thoughts - they are NOT reality. Take it from me, I know how it happens. I have had to constantly tell myself not to let the "stories" in my head take over. When you are by yourself, constantly try to PRAISE yourself when you are keeping these "thoughts" at bay. Over time, it should get better, but it might take awhile to get back into the swing of how to "talk" to yourself. What helps ME when I'm in that "mode" and trying to "get back", is taking L-Theanine (an amino acid derived from green tea).It naturally puts your nerve system into a calm mode. Look it up. A preventative practitioner once told me about
it, and now I always try to keep a stash of it for those "jittery" times. Best of luck!
