New member struggling with some issues

Hello All,

New to the anxiety forums here.
I posted in the fibro forum as I have these heavy or weak sensations of my left arm and leg.
Its like those muscles tire out much faster than I would like it to (at least compared to my right).
I also have this kind of shakiness when I move. I also have twitches (initially it was crazy but it has since died down to a few times a day).
My anxiety levels are sky high but I just don't know if these symptoms can be correlated to anxiety.
I went to a neurologist, performed a brain and neck scan with no abnormalities, motor examination is all ok. Haven't done any other tests since and he told me to return to him in 2-3 months time.
I would love to think that this is all in my head. The heavy and weak feeling is stuck in my head all the time and I always think about the worst fatal diseases.
Can anyone relate?

Welcome to the forum.

Anxiety can cause all sorts of physical symptoms including the ones you mention.

I would do all you can through self help to reduce your anxiety we have some good links in our resources section so take a look.

I don't wanna fall into the black hole of health anxiety so I am struggling whether to go back to the neurologist for another check-in with him. He specifically told me to go back only if I found impairments. I only have weird symptoms that I cant wrap my head around.

I am lost
