Lost my 14 year old dog today

Today is not so good for me.
I lost my dog of 14 years.
He had a cough for a few days. Took him to the vet, was put on antibiotics. He was doing fine. And then today happened. He began panting and coughing, he couldn’t comprehend anyone around him. And he suddenly began dying in my arms. I held his lifeless body for a whole hour sobbing my eyes out. My anxiety is just through the roof. Pounding heart. Blood pressure elevated. Can’t concentrate. And on top of that, I’m 4 months pregnant. I can’t handle strong emotion or stress at all. I’m just feeling overwhelmed and anxious

He was my emotional support buddy. My lifeline is gone…
