Do any of you feel that heat sometimes triggers your anxiety? In my case, if I wake up in the middle of the night, or even in the AM, with a hot flash, it seems to make me spiral me into thinking my anxiety is taking a bad turn.
I try to talk myself down from this. Try to tell myself I just need to wait it out. To remember that I'll eventually feel better once I've had breakfast (to help with low blood sugar), get out into the world, and interact with others.
