Sinus/tension headache going on 3 days.

Does anybody here ever get bad tension headaches?
This is going on my third day everyone I thought it was just tension because it’s in the back of my neck but it hurts under my eyes too. I took a prescription headache pill last night which helped but now it’s back again at work. Didn't sleep much.
Have a diagnostic mammogram tomorrow and I think I’m stressed out about it. the doctor didn’t find anything but I’m in menopause and was having pain in my breasts I feel like one of them has changed but I’ve also gained 10 pounds lately so one of my boobs feel feels smaller and one of them feels like it’s gained weight. lol. I’m sure it’s just hormonal but I always have to find something to stress out about. ugh
I have Klonopin but I haven’t taken one in months I’m not sure why I just need to break down and do it.
If you have stress headaches or tension headaches does your face ever hurt too?

Not to over-worry you, but my step-daughter had a sinus headache, she went to an Urgent Care, and found out she was actually positive for COVID-19 (breakthrough infection). Of course, maybe those two things might not have been related.
