My first thinking was it could be a side effect of medicine, but it doesn't sound like you're taking any.
I recently book a blood sugar medicine that made me want to sleep all the time.
As a bipolar, I take Mirtazapine anti-depressant and Lithium to slow down the anti-depressant so that it doesn't throw me into mania and also possibly cause anxiety attacks. So, I'm thinking medicine when you say tired.
Webmd.com says, "If you aren't getting good sleep, it's hard to eat well, and it's hard to exercise. And the same is true the other way around. They're all related."
It also mentioned Anemia, a disorder it says that makes it hard for your blood to move oxygen around your body."
Also noted is depression, which made me tired before I took an anti-depressant and then I wasn't tired anymore.
Signs of depression, says mayoclinic.org., include:
Feelings of sadness, tearfulness, emptiness or hopelessness; Angry outbursts, irritability or frustration, even over small matters
Loss of interest or pleasure in most or all normal activities, such as sex, hobbies or sports; Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or sleeping too much; Tiredness and lack of energy, so even small tasks take extra effort
Reduced appetite and weight loss or increased cravings for food and weight gain; Anxiety, agitation or restlessness
Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or self-blame; Trouble thinking, concentrating, making decisions and remembering things.
Do you have any of that?
