In battling my latest "funk" one of my biggest obstacles was not having a psychiatrist of record, the last time I saw one was in 2013, and she no longer has my records, hence I would be a new patient. Yes, I know I am to blame for that one, but over the years my meds Wellbuitron and at times Clonazapem (used only when needed not daily) were being filled by my general practitioner and truthfully that sufficed for me. However, this time around I started spiraling and felt I needed a specialist to look at my situation. Well, somehow through the grace of God I managed to navigate all of the insurances hoops and have an appointment setup with my last psychiatrist of record for February 15th. In the meantime, I managed to see a APRN in a Behavioral Services Clinic who advised to continue with Wellbuitron XL 300MG get off Sertraline 50MG, was on it for four days (too many side effects, extreme restlessness, anxiety, agitation, shakiness) said to come back in a week and she was considering adding Mirtazapine to my Wellbuitron. Anyone out in CyberLand have experience with this combination? Although, I feel slightly better than I did 20 days ago, my memory is still somewhat foggy and cloudy, definitely more forgetful than usual, my productivity level is low, and I am having somewhat of a difficult time staying with a particular task until finished. Naturally, self-doubts start to creep in as to being able to get back to the level that I was at before being sidelined here as of late. Thanks for any feedback
