Just wanted to know if this Herb called Rhodax is used or helpfull to ANYONE on this forum. I saw it at GNC and they of course suggested it. It is made by a company called Pinnacle. If anyone has heard or know anything of this product please let me know. I am currently taking Ativan when needed and I was using Effexor but had WAY to many bad side effects. I HATE THAT!!!! I just want to find something that will work is all.

The issues I face are Anxiety and Panic Attacks. The Ativan helps 80% it seems, but I want better than that. I currently dont work or drive because of having to many during a day. And yes I am seeing a few docs. I hope something comes up soon.

I PRAY for everyone suffering the same things I do. It is not fair to have to live like this at all!

Hi Fen! I have not heard of Rhodax before. Before starting any herb however, check with your Dr. as it may have an interaction with your meds. I take St. John's Wort and have had great results (along with c.b.t. therapy) Herbs, like most meds take a few weeks to "kick in" so make sure that if you change from a med to an herb, you do it with a Dr.'s supervision to be safe!

if you want to go herbal I would try SJW or failing that, some other type of antidepressant such as prozac

I saw Saint Johns Wort and came so close to getting it :) The guy at GNC suggested the Rhodax one. I thought I would ask here 1st. Thanks for that input so far!

I heard of SJW before but never the Rhodax.

I haven't heard of Rhodax either, but took SJW when I was a teen and it seemed to work pretty well (I was also in therapy at the time). I'm curious how does Rhodax claim to work?

The company for Rhodax is Pinnacle. That was on the bottle. This is a cut & paste from their website:

What is it?
Pinnacle Rhodax contains Rhodiola rosea root extract which may provide you with positive support for mild mood changes, and provide relief from everyday stress and anxiety.

What does it do?

Have you ever heard of Dr. Ray Sahelian? He is a very well respected researcher as to natural remedies and the like. You mught like to read what he says about it at this link. If this is against the rules and the mods delete the link, email me and I'll give ya the info.

I went on Rhodax after my mother passed away in 2003. I had tried SJW and others and was not happy with the side effects. It did take a few weeks to notice a difference, but the change was amazing! I had no side effects and it really helped my mood swings and sadness. Hope this helps anyone going through a rough time!

 In response to your question about Rhodax, I have been taking it for about 3 years now. I have found it to help me very much.

 So far I have not had any side affects using Rhodax. I usually purchase it at GNC, but recently they have been running short on it.

 I ment to ask why, but didn't. I hope they are not discontinuing it.

Once I tried, Calm -U -Net. You have to take twice as much, And it really doesn't work as well as Rhodax. This also can be purchased at GNC.

Hopefully this review should help you in some way.
