I think we have all thought that way at one time. Our feelings don't equal truth, and the more we think on the what if's the worse the anxiety becomes. Really in truely looking over symptoms that panic and anxiety cause,are the very same symptoms major diseases cause, thus why the feeling of dying always accompanies a panic attack. If you want to put your mind at ease, go get a check up,but I'm sure it's all in your head(not saying that sarcastically)
