I have been on Paxil CR 25 for 5 yrs now and as much as I hate taking meds it has brang me alot of relief. The few side effects I did feel were nothing compared to the way I felt before I started taking it. The only thing about
this med is when you stop taking it you have to wean very very slowly, other than that it has saved my sanity and helped me live again.

Daisy and Frar,
How long did it take to start working for you? Yes...I'm impatient. Were you put on Paxil first, or did you wean from some other AD to it? I'm now officially off of zoloft, although I felt I should've had a little more time to wean. I've went from 200mg to 100mg to 0mg all in a matter of 2 months.
Thanks!
janet
