cognitive therapy??

Hi!

Any body knowing if there is possible to get cognitive behavioral therapy online through the internet. Any one have an idea can give it to me or give a link...thanks

There's a member here that sends me some cbt emails about 4times a week.. They are VERY helpful and very true.
If you're interested I can send you them, but there's ALOT that I've gotten in the past 3 weeks..it may be overwhelming. To tell you the truth I don't even read them everyday, because they've helped so much..(that and PRAYER) that I don't even really suffer from anxiety/panic anymore. Altho my p/a span is alot shorter than everyones here. I only had it for about a week, and always kept a positive attitude even when it was at it's worst.

I find Mood Gym geared more towards depression, but that might just be my opinion. It seems to be very helpful.

I never knew "mood gym" existed. Thanks for the link. Angest -- I am presently getting insight therapy and I really need cognitive therapy. Cognitive therapy helps me to take myself less seriously, give my self a break and think about things differently. This is helpful because my thoughts along with my chemicals is what is making me depressed and anxious. Their are a couple of good books out there too. One of them is a short read named "What to say when you talk to yourself."

Totally are with Enigmagirl about books
I have found the MoodGyms does work for me but it was the first one I have tried was way skeptical about anything like this
