do you ever just have the nervous sense of doom feelings?? I seem to be having that today and I really hate it because I dont know why? Is that just part of this stupid disorder???

Yes... one of the many symptoms ... just the impending sense of doom... don't worry though... it will pass. *hugs*
I hope you will feel better.
I get that feeling sometimes.. not too often... had it the other day... but it will pass.

Yes, for me it happens alot and is a huge thing. Some days I don't feel it at all and others it is a 20 ton weight in my head. I hope it passes for you soon.

I have it too. It really, really makes me feel better to know that I am not alone though, that I'm not crazy, that other people know exactly what I'm talking about

I hate that feeling of 'doom'...when I get like that I call myself the 'disater forecaster' lol!
You are not alone...try and refocus your thoughts..go to the 'happy place' in your mind..walking is good..laughter and friends are always a bonus at times like this...
