Definatly normal, that alone gave me panic attacks for about the first 2-3 yrs. I could look down at times and see my heart beat, I would lay down to go to bed and feel my pulse in my head. I finally started forcing myself to ignore it (and after several test-that were normal). I stopped checking my pulse, stopped looking for it and now thats one anxiety symptom that does not freak me out, because I know its normal. I think that is a common fear amoung us a/p folks. Scary as it is, its harmless.
If you don't mind me asking, are you in therapy or anything like that? The reason I ask is because I truly started feeling real relief when I started learning what was going on and how to fight back. I hope you feel better soon! My heart goes out to you, God Bless.
