Hi Georgia, I was wondering if you have tried exercising? I know it sounds crazy but anxiety is physical (as we all know) and when I get the shakes I go running or I play with my kids. Anything that will get my heart rate up for at least 5 minutes. When someone first told me this I thought, I am not doing anyhting to make my heart beat any faster. One day I got desperate and tried it went for a walk with my husband, kids and the dog, I ran around played ball and was really amazed when it worked. It took everything I had to just get up and do it, but I was sooooo glad when I was done.
You may already know what I have just suggested, but if you don't try it and let me know how it goes. Either way I hope you feel better soon and I will keep ya in my prayers!
