Does anyone get these panic symptoms???

When I have a panic attack they tend to be extreme.  My mind races in 1000 different directions, I sweat (hot and cold), I shake, I think everyone is looking at me, I get nauseas, I turn pale--almost gray, I just completely freak out.  This tends to happen when I'm in a social enviroment or put on the spot.  I'd also like to add that these attacks recently started again after being off paxil for @ 1 month.  Now I'm back on--(it's only been a week and I still kinda feel weird).  The main question is --Does anyone else turn pale like I do??

I haven't been dx with panic attacks but have been for anxiety and yes some wierd things can happen to your body during it.

 

DId you just stop taking the Paxil or did your dr take you off of it and has your dr written you a new scrip for them?
