A dull flu like pain

Hello I have? Yesterday was the worst day ever,but no Pa's, but today, It seems I'm paying for it,I been having a dull flu like pain running down my left arm,which has moved to my top back,and will move to my neck to my head and back to my arm again.anything thing to get worried about please help thankyou!

My sister who suffers for Bipolar and A/P had the same problem. She thought it was a side effect from one of her new meds. Found out after talking with her doctor about it that it was a pinched nerve in her neck. They sent her for a bunch of x-rays and Monday she will be starting physical therapy.

I would say if it persists to get in to see your doctor.

No you are not going crazy the Anxiety is making your body feel every lil twinge, ache, spasm, pain there is to feel and deal with
Try doing other things to keep occupied so's not to be constantly thinking about all of this
Remember this wont kill you
you have to be strong hun and FIGHT back just as strongly and ferverently as the A/P hits us
We cannot and should not let it ruin our lives
It tries to take so much from us now ya know
Thinking about you and hope you are able to find other things to occupy your mind such as going for walks getting out into the beautiful fresh air instead of just sitting and worrying about being sick
