You no longer take water everywhere you go.

Charge your phone evrytime you go for  a drive just in case!

I agree with the water thing!
No longer wonder whether it is really a cold you have or something else.
No longer need to have phone, water, and panic pills with you! ( i have miracle pills with me, acutally tic tacs, my little sister made me a box sayin it cures everything) xx

when you can differentiate between a sinus headache and dizziness, and not the start of a panic attack :)
when you can start wearing clothes that you wore when you had a panic attack (I stopped wearing a lot of my clothes because I would associate them with my panic )

When you can know in advance you are going shopping and dont go into tailspin
are able to get shopping done ( most times) and calmly as possible ;........lol........no nail marks on hubby's arms

A biggie for me
Not pine soling the floor so many times today lol
and a couple pieces of silverware in sink ...........ROFLMBO

When you can walk thru Target without the thought "I'm going to faint... or I'm going to die" running through head maybe once, rather than a thousand times.

When you can drive to work without needing an Ativan to get through the drive.

When you can go into a MOVIE theatre without even worrying about it.

That's what I've accomplished so far. hehe

Given.. these places are all really close to my house... but weeks ago I couldn't go to any of these places for months.

When you tell self it is time to kick some A/P Butt and big time get er done
Do what ya have to do and
Try and face each new day stronger than day before
baby steps will do it all the time IMO
Proud of the acheivements of many ppl
Seen alot of changes in attitutes, their outlooks, strengths ,supporting eack other
Am proud to be part of it

When my new cat goes out for the first time and stays out for TWO HOURS and refuses to come to me even when I offer it treats - I decided to walk away and relax in the shower instead of phoning BF to cry , and guess what , when I came down from my shower there was ***** waiting for me :-)
