I need advice and support...

As some willknow I am staying with a man I met online and really enjoying it but problems have risen.

People - his family have a prob with the age gap which  I can understand.

His sons girlfriend has nowsaid that she will not come over while we are still in a relationship. I don't know why though, we have never met!!!!

All this happened on Sunday and it is tearing me apart because he sent his son a text sayingthat he would end it with me but now he says he does not know what to do.

I,this feeling.

I had to to edit some text from post regarding suicide attempt and further thoughts of suicide: please call a crisis line or get in touch with a doc soon as possible

 Chux you know I care about you very much and I dont like seeing you come so far to be beaten down to this point again...............If I were you I would certainly be asking him to make up his mind and get your life on track whether it is with or without him

You are a very Special young woman that does not need all this again n he has to decide what he is going to do ........

thats my opinion

What about your family??

What about your *sons*??
Why is this all about what he wants and what his family wants? What about your wants? If this is a relationship worth the effort then it's a *joint* thing and he'd just better face that and deal with it.

For all the problems you've had with anxiety, panic and agoraphobia, you are a *strong woman*! This is messing you about and *not on*. (Take it from someone who has been messed about!!)

You know very well that an overdose is not the answer: most times they don't work and just leave you with more health complications anyway, but *more importantly* I know what a good mother you are and how much you love them boys of yours: *they* need you and you need *them*. If a man in your life is being too silly for words and not treating you like a human being who needs some care and warmth (especially since he knows the trouble you've had) he is not a person deserving of *any* sacrifice -- and no-one who was really worthwhile would want such a thing.

I'm not speaking as someone who's never been in this situation myself hun, and I think you know that. -- That's why I say even more strongly: he is not worth it if he cannot give you the security to feel comfortable and safe.

Chuckle, please don't throw away your life for someone else. Find a new "someone" else who thinks you are what the sun rises and sets on. Okay, maybe that's a little idealistic but I bet you have a family member, a friend or a pet that would be heartbroken if you weren't in there life. Take a look at the people who do love you and not the ones who don't. Don't take it personal that this man is too weak to pick his woman over his children and they girlfriends. For goodness sake. I'd rather be lonely alone than lonely in a crowd. Take care of yourself and don't do anything to hurt yourself again. Stay in touch here and go see a psychologist immediately. You deserve to be happy. This too will pass (I'm in a hole myself but determined to crawl out). Take care.

Take a step back from your situation and take a wee look...
Here you are, you've taken a major step in your life, moved in with a man you've met online...wow that takes a lot of courage...and what's more you were really enjoying it - which is great!
What changed is that suddenly 'people' - not you - started making judgements and somehow your man got caught up in all this nonsense!
Taking an overdose is a cry for help..which is what you must seek!
I think it's time that man of yours started taking some responsibilty for his actions either to help you get through this rough patch and defend his decision to live with you and tell his nearest and dearest to 'get over it!' or let you go free so you can get on with your life..
Either way it's gonna be a hard road up hill, but the most important thing is for YOU to get well..and believe me you CAN do it..you are stronger than you can even imagine!
Please take good care. Concentrate on you and what makes you happy!

This has been a major accomplishment in your agoraphobia as well as letting someone "IN" and loving them as I know you do him

Chukles, please take care of yourself!!!! Life changes everyday and we are going to have ups and downs but tomorrow is a new day and no one knows what it holds in store for us. Please put yourself first you deserve to be first. Keep posting and let us know how you are doing!

Try to remember that you do not need to be in a relationship to have a good life. I am much happier alone than I ever was in a bad relationship. I'm sorry it is not working out though. Take care of yourself.
