Well, my friends, I think my xanax withdrawal is really just about over. It will be 5 weeks off on Monday and I am no longer having depression bouts only some insomina at times and that's about it. :) I can't thank you each enough for all you have done to help me through this. I will continue to be here for all of you and for myself in case something else comes up as I know I am truly among friends. Love, Bethers

Hi Bethers, CONGRATULATIONS! You did it! You are strong and resiliant. You can do anything! Question: Why did you have to go off of xanax? My pdoc and PCP would not prescribe xanax anymore and I never took more than prescribed. Just curious if this is a new trend.

I had to go off due to major intestional problems and the meds had stopped working for me.
