weakness in my right hand

for the past few days i been feeling very weak in my right hand. could this be the due to the medicine (lorezepam and effexor xr)? Also I been having diffuculty falling asleep. I feel as im not freathing right or im forgetting to breath.

I have never had this with ativan and I dont take Effexor but I would ask your doc about it
does it go totally numb or just weak ?? Like can you hold something in hand when like this?

As for the trouble falling asleep do you have alot you are worried about when trying to fall asleep
Sometimes really good music relaxing kind will help as well as reading .......

Try a hot milk with a touch of cinnamon on top it has a natural ingredient when heated is activated
I NEVER go to bed w/o one .........

Best get your hand checked out Kreak..then you can put your mind at ease or work towards getting it better. Do you think talking to your doctor about your insomnia would be a good idea too?

best to get it checked out for sure - but I have this problem a lot as part of my fibromyalgia - do you have fibro? Just a thought.

i went to the doctor and he said all i have is hyperventilation and its nothing to worry about...also my anxiety / panic attacks went away. So im on with life!!!
