Try not to worry more about this.....in times of stress and worry it is normal to become forgetful...is it any wonder!!..When I am having bad days I can go upstairs and totally forget what I have gone up for.I can be speaking to someone and just totally go blank or even get my words mixed up....much to the enjoyment of my daughter...!!. I know it can be very frustrating though..just try and relax (i know its hard)..and take some time for yourself...
