Glad to hear you are in therapy and like it...Definately getting through this will make you a better person...
If you have trouble seeing your accomplishments I would suggest starting an affirmation book...It is simple all you need to do is get a book and every day take a few minutes to jot down some of the things you are proud of yourself for/you accomplished that day. When feeling you have not accomplished anything simply pull out the book and see what you have done.
