Im scared!!

Ok this post relates to my health anxiety!!! I found this moveable lump like underneath my jaw, I think its a lymph node or something and Im really scared, Im not sick or anything. has anyone had this or know what it could be from if you arent sick??? Help me Im scared!!!

this is going to sound like a strange question but do you have any fever blisters? i had a pocket of infection settle right under my chin about the size of a golf ball and my limpnodes to the side were really swollen and my doc said that the infection from the fever blister had gotten in that gland a settled. ireally hurt but when the fever blisters went away so did the knot.

You will be comforted to know that I have this too. I have had it for a long time- even before I had anxiety. I asked the doctor about it and he said it was just a gland. Mine moves around when I push it- weird! I only have it on one side, it doesn't cause me pain, but I did worry about it until I asked the doctor.
